Ok, they shut down 3rd shift and terminated (fired) the one that went through the 'make 85% production or get fired' BS. I survived because I undestand machinery and I can tease it to do more. It's like - give me a hug, but I'm dealing with plastic injection stuff.
A good machanic understands what he's messing with - all the systems - poke this and this one needs a tweak.
I hate 1st shift - to many idiots running around.
